Start of the world's premier vintage car rally, the Hemmings Great Race, with over 100 pre-1975 classic cars lining up in downtown Springfield before embarking on a 2,300-mile Route 66 Centennial journey to Pasadena, CA. A $160,000 purse split among five classes.
