A summer celebration presented by the City of West Fargo, West Fargo Events, and Toppers Car Club. Classic cars and motorcycles line Sheyenne Street and cruise one-way southbound from Main Avenue W. Food vendors available near the POW/MIA Plaza. No registration required.
